There are mainly 6 aspects that can be referred to:
thickness
There are two types of aluminum alloy sliding doors: 70 series and 90 series. The 70 series can be used for aluminum alloy sliding doors inside residential buildings. The series number represents the millimeters of thickness and structural dimensions of the door frame. There are four types of aluminum alloy sliding windows: 55 series, 60 series, 70 series, and 90 series. The selection of the series should be based on the size of the window opening and the local wind pressure value. Aluminum alloy sliding windows used for enclosed balconies should not be less than 70 series.
strength
The tensile strength should reach 157 Newtons per square millimeter, and the yield strength should reach 108 Newtons per square millimeter. When making a purchase, the profile can be moderately bent by hand and should be able to return to its original state after releasing it.
chroma
The color of the same aluminum alloy profile should be consistent. If the color difference is obvious, it is not suitable for purchase.
evenness
Check the surface of the aluminum alloy profile for any dents or bulges.
gloss
Aluminum alloy doors and windows should avoid purchasing profiles with surface defects such as open bubbles (white spots), ash residue (black spots), cracks, burrs, peeling, etc.
Oxidation degree
The thickness of the oxide film should reach 10 microns. When making a purchase, you can lightly scratch the surface of the profile to see if the oxide film on its surface can be wiped off.
