Due to the high salt and alkali content in wind and rain in coastal areas, some areas have untreated sea sand that is strictly prohibited by national standards. The corrosion problem of aluminum alloy doors and windows is quite serious and should be given special attention. In addition to following the above procedures, the following procedures should also be strictly followed:
Aluminum doors and windows transported to the construction site should be placed in a well ventilated, dry, and clean warehouse.
2. The height of the sleepers placed on the ground should be greater than 100mm, and each yard should not exceed 15 molds (fans). Soft materials should be used to level the gaps between each mold (fan) to prevent damage to the protective film on the surface of the profile due to compression and friction between aluminum alloy and hardware components.
Door and window openings must have drip lines, which should be inspected before installation. Because rainwater flowing through walls made of sea sand has strong corrosiveness, it must be prevented.
4. It is advisable to use a card type for installing iron sheets to minimize the amount of processing that damages the aluminum alloy protective layer.
5. The joint of aluminum alloy profiles should be sealed with neutral adhesive to prevent rainwater from entering the inner cavity without a protective layer. Based on experience, corrosion usually starts from the inner cavity without a protective layer.
